Abstract
This paper concerns a control system design method for tracking chaotic signals. These new servo systems are designed in order to generate preferable chaos; in mechanical systems. It is shown that tracking to the chaotic signals can be achieved by LQ control and variable structure control (VSC). We call new servo systems chaos-tracking systems in this paper. Through numerical simulations, the performance, effectiveness and robustness of the proposed system are verified.
