Abstract :
A calibration standard of the spectral radiance in the wavelength range from 380 to 2500 nm was developed in order to calibrate various optical sensors systematically from the same standard. The uncertainty of the spectral radiance in the visible and near infrared range was evaluated in detail and found to be 1.7% (k = 2) typically. and it was cross-checked by six round-robin radiometers.
