Abstract :
Using a Kalman filter, we estimate a DS-CDMA channel described by Rayleigh fading. A Kalman filter is proposed for the time varying channel estimation. The proposed scheme is constructed without bit estimation, that is, neither training sequence nor estimated bit symbol is used for channel estimation. We verify the performance of the channel estimation scheme with simulation results.
