Abstract :
A quantized spiking neuron has various co-existing periodic spike-trains and generates one of them depending on the initial state. An information coding method for the spike-trains is introduced based on pulse interval modulation. We clarify correspondence between the set of code sequences in a parameter subspace. Also, a pulse-coupled network is introduced and its application to multiplex communications is considered.
