Abstract
An integral method for the solution of low frequency electromagnetic field problems in presence of hysteretic media is presented. The mathematical model is formulated in the time domain. A frequency-domain fixed point technique is proposed to determine the steady-state solution of the model in a computationally more efficient way than time-domain techniques. Numerical results on magnetic systems relevant to nondestructive evaluation (NDE) configurations are shown in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
