  • Abstract
    This paper presents a method for fast design centering for electronic circuits, called FDC. It is a modified version of the simplex method by Nelder and Mead for direct search optimization, based on the goal function values only. The method is tested on electronic circuits in the statistical simulator IESD and a comparison with the existing solutions in respect to precision and spent computational time is done.
