Abstract :
In this extended abstract, we describe a device which was developed to demonstrate frequency stabilization of semiconductor laser by linear absorption using personal computer. The usage of absorbents for frequency stabilization in metrology and telecommunications is very progressive. The device is equipped with Fabry-Perot laser beam spectral profile analyzer. This is the original solution and it is intended for practical teaching students of optoelectronics courses.
