Abstract :
This paper presents 320-Gbit/s error-free demultiplexing operation (receiver sensitivity: -18 dBm) of an ultrafast optical gate that monolithically integrates a uni-traveling-carrier photodiode and a traveling-wave electroabsorption modulator (PD-EAM).
