Abstract :
Uncooled 1310-nm DFB lasers are shown for the first time to exhibit ultra-wideband high linearity at both 25°C (1 to 20 GHz: SFDR>103 dBHz23/) and 85°C (1 to 10 GHz: SFDR>90 dBHz23/).
