Abstract :
The solution of inverse scattering problem (ISP) for oblique incidence of electromagnetic plane wave on multilayered (ML) structure is presented in the paper. The investigation covers a case, where angular dependence of reflection coefficient of the plane structure with varying permittivity profile is used as initial data. Solution of this problem involves reduction of field equations to Schrodinger´s one as well as applying of the Gelfand, Levitan and Marchenko (GLM) theory for the determination of permittivity profile according to known scattering characteristics.
