Abstract :
This paper demonstrates a fully programmable high-speed polarization based scanner. The concept of combined coarse-fine 3-D polarization multiplexed optical scanner (P-MOS) for near continuous optical scanning is elaborated. Basic system theory, architecture and performance results are described.
