Abstract :
Two-dimensional optical interconnects by thin-film optical waveguide with WDM is discussed. Fabrication and characterization of two types of integrated-optic gratings, namely, guided-mode-selective focusing grating coupler and different-mode-coupling distributed Bragg reflector are also presented.
