Abstract :
This paper presents a time-multiplexed II method using an array of lenslets with different focal lengths and aperture sizes, which can increase the product of depth and resolution square (PDRS) significantly to a practical level. The lenslets with different focal lengths are used to increase 3-D image depth, while time-multiplexing is used to improve the 3-D image resolution. The lenslet parameters required in this method are calculated.
