Abstract :
The goal of this paper is to establish the antioxidant activity of Afnor, Fusayama and Tani-Zucchi artificial saliva, taking into account electrochemical measurements and complimentary techniques as chemiluminescence and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The correlation between electrochemical and analytical data permits an evaluation of titanium stability in various types of saliva.
