Abstract :
In this paper structure and timing of adaptive modulation in FDD communications are analyzed over fading channels and a novel adaptive modulation scheme is proposed to get the tradeoff of system efficiency and complexity. Further, influence of multiplication of Doppler frequency and packet duration is analyzed on spectral efficiency. Simulation results show that this scheme can get maximum spectral efficiency for different multiplication value.
