            Abstract : 
The large time-varying delay systems with time-varying parameters are common in the industrial processes, and this is a difficult point of control domain. In this paper a new-type time delay identification method based on the cross-correlation technology in the signal process is proposed and a fuzzy Smith control algorithm of time-varying process based on variable time delay identification is proposed. Simulation results show that the approach is effective.
