Abstract
In this paper the composites of chemically synthesized polyaniline (PANI) and single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are investigated for electronic device applications by fabricating metal/semiconductor contacts. Current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of these composite materials are studied for different compositions and also at different temperatures. It is observed that with the increase in SWNT concentration the current level in the sample increases.
