Abstract :
This article discussed the importance of a synchronous control system in industry. It further introduced an optimized synchronous control system by employing programmable controller and multifrequency converter. And the related hardware and software are illustrated, especially the algorithm of the PID optimization. The characteristics and applications of the system are demonstrated. The system on-site operations have proven that the system having rapid dynamic response, less overshoot and higher accuracy than a conventional synchronous system. The system runs smoothly and reliably.
