  • Abstract
In recent years the vector control method is used widely in induction motor for its excellent control performance. Rotor flux orientation method is used frequently due to its characteristic of natural decouple, but as a matter of fact this method has sensitive to the variation of motor parameter, especially the rotor time constant T2. Analysis and experiment show that this sensitivity will affect the control system performance. In the worst condition the system breaks down completely. This paper analyses the variation of output torque and line voltage. A system with temperature equalizing link can modify the varied T2 based on the temperature of motor stator end and some practical scheme, the improvement for its stationary and dynamic performance is validated by experiments.
