Abstract
In this paper, a novel microstep method based on instantaneous current aiming to reduce the torque ripple is proposed. Multiderivative torque vectors can be derived in the space by using the control of very phase current via rotor position. The motor´s step angle is reduced and a smooth torque can be improved. Thus torque ripple of motor is diminished. The above strategy is implemented by using TMS320LF2407 DSP controller. Simulation and experiment results show that this strategy can effectively minimize the torque ripple and is easy to be realized.
