  • Abstract
    A combination of artificial neural networks (ANN) and the electric field analysis is applied to solve the inverse problem of electric field in this paper. Taking the high nonlinear approaching ability of ANN and the numerical analysis of electromagnetic field into consideration, the inverse problem of electric field for the demonstration examples has been solved. And the optimized contour of electrode for high voltage circuit breaker has been achieved. From the calculation results, it can be seen that the proposed method is feasible and valid.
