Abstract
In this report the design and fabrication of Zone-melting Czochralski (ZMCz) system (induction heating) and the growth of Bismuth silicon oxide and Lithium niobate have been presented. The grown crystals have been characterized by XRD, DCD, DSC and optical studies.
