Abstract :
In the past decade, various techniques to find alternate wires in circuits are proposed for logic minimization or transformation. Yet so far there is no comprehensive analysis and comparisons among them. In this paper, we choose GBAW, RAMBO, REWIRE and RAMFIRE for comparison in aspects of runtime, rewiring power and the coverage of alternate wires among different engines. In addition, advantages of applying different techniques will be given to guide the most suitable application of each of them.
