Abstract :
This paper presents a novel gamma correction circuit for overcoming electro-optic non-linearity of LCD. It has a good phase characteristic and a considerable bandwidth for video signal. The design can be widely used for a great variety of TFT-LCD drivers. HSPICE simulation results based on 0.65 μm bipolar design are given.
