Abstract :
A dynamic encoder for converting temperature codes and cycle temperature codes into binary codes is proposed based on domino circuit. By using compressed codes, this dynamic encoder can be applied to 4-10 bits parallel CMOS ADC. It has several advantages: high speed, small area and low power dissipation.
