Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss cellular neural networks (CNNs) with variable delay, investigating their global exponential stability and estimating their the exponential convergence rates. Some sufficient conditions for a class of CNNs with variable delay to be globally exponentially stable independent of the delay are given.
