Abstract :
This paper proposes a fractional lower order covariance based adaptive evoked potential (EP) latency change estimation algorithm, changing the noise contaminated EP signal into a second order moment process with a non-linear transform. The new algorithm converges in α ∈ (0,2], and has a high robustness and accuracy for EP latency change estimation. This paper also shows results of the performance analysis and the computer simulation.
