Abstract :
The effect of temperature change in one stage diffusion of acceptor impurity in low resistive semiconductor crystals of cadmium sulfide on average frequency of diffusion type transducers is considered. The expression for analysis of the phenomenon is derived from the second equation of diffusion. Some practical considerations for increase of reproducibility of diffusion type transducer parameters are presented.
