Abstract :
The paper is devoted to the mathematical modeling of the nonlinear circuits and the high-power electron devices with grids. The author obtained models on the unified grounds. Such models can find applications in synthesis of power amplifiers, in optimization of the work mode, and in the determination of the efficiency limit values.
