Abstract :
In this work the coaxial contact device (CCD) and the method of its calibration are described. The information on S-parameters measured in the coaxial tract system is supposed to be useful for the same measurements (MS) in the microwave tract. It can be used in the composition. MS technological checking systems (TCS) and in the computer aided design (CAD).
