Abstract :
This paper is concerned with CEPB-OFDM transmission (constant-envelope paired-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) within broadband wireless communication systems. A signal processing approach previously developed by the authors, which combines a nonlinear operation in the time domain and a linear, filtering operation in the frequency domain, is employed in an iterative way so as to produce the appropriate paired-burst. This iterative technique allows a grossly nonlinear amplification while keeping reduced out-of-band radiation levels.
