Abstract :
The paper deals with technology, specification and design of 125W high linearity Ka band TWT. The RF design is defined with most advanced simulation tools developed and used for TWT in order to finely optimize linearity, efficiency and gain flatness across the frequency range. The paper also presents the broadband model close to prototype definition and test results.
