Abstract
This paper describes the high voltage electron device GMI 20/20. The vacuum electron beam triode-modulator GMI 20/20 made with metal-ceramic case has small sizes, high slope of the grid characteristic, wide intervals of admitted values of the grid current, cut-off voltage and heater power, the long service life. The oxide cathode of the triode is made with use of the arc-plasma deposition technology.
