Abstract :
This paper provides design optimization for improving the steady state and dynamic performance of a single-stage power factor corrected AC-DC converter. A cycle by cycle average (CCA) model is also built for the steady state and dynamic performance under different control modes. Experimental verification is given based on a 150 W, 90-265 Vac to 54.75 Vdc prototype.
