Abstract :
Temperature dependence of coercive field was investigated in MgO-doped LiNbO/sub 3/ and the field was found to be reduced to 1.2 kV/mm at 25/spl deg/C. Periodical structures with 30 /spl mu/m period was fabricated in 3 mm-thick MgO-doped LiNbO/sub 3/.
