  • Abstract
    Studies contrasting low (1 kHz) and high (>100 MHz) repetition rate approaches to ultrafast laser material processing present new means for minimizing damage and increasing processing speed in excising microholes in metals, glasses, and -hard and soft- bio-tissues.
