Abstract :
A procedure is proposed for the conceptual design phase of wind turbine for electrical distributed generation systems. Fixed speed wind turbine and asynchronous generation are been chosen as case study, and only stationary aspects are analysed for energy production evaluation. The procedure by the coordination between turbine and site wind characteristics can minimize following work on the detailed design process.
