Abstract
The mountain year 2002 dynamic is a good opportunity to realise a world wide renewable energy sources subject in relationship with mountains, a bridge between western and eastern European countries and all mountains over the world from the Alps to the Japanese mountain passing through the Rocky chain. Our main target is to start a big WAVE, in West France, Italy, Germany and coming to the east, then going to the Himalayas and East Asia, surrounding the globe with this "wave of renewable energy communities" climbing the rocky mountains and the Andes and ending with Pyreneans, bringing the "wave" back to Europe from ALPS to ALPS like a SHERPA (with courage, strength and experience). This raid will promote world wide renewable energy systems for mountains applications.
