Abstract :
C/sub 60/ / amorphous carbon (a-C) superlattice structures are fabricated by shutter controlled high-vacuum evaporator. From the UV-Visible reflectance/ transmittance measurements, the energy shift of absorption edge is observed in the superlattice structures corresponding with their thickness of C/sub 60/ and a-C layers. The photoconductivity is measured using solar simulating light (AM 1.5) of 100 mW/cm/sup 2/ power density. The photosensitivity ratio of superlattice is 9/spl sim/16.
