Abstract
Transparent-conducting thin films of In/sub 2/O/sub 3/:F were prepared by spray pyrolysis system. In this work, we studied the influence of substrate temperature on the optical properties of In/sub 2/O/sub 3/:F (10 wt% F) films. The transmittance in the visible region is near 85% at 550 nm. All the films showed a preferred [400] crystalline orientation irrespective of the deposition temperature.
