IN today´s business environment, understanding the core competencies required for each role in a project is essential when selecting people for specific jobs. With this knowledge in hand, it is easier to sift through possible candidates to find the best match for a position. Project Managers (PM´s) need to do this when they set up teams in order to search out and hire the best fit personel for the project.
