Abstract
We investigated a methodology for predicting triple-junction space solar cell radiation response using two methods, "relative damage coefficients" and "displacement damage dose". The Voc degradation behavior was explained to associate the each junction depth with proton penetration range. Determination of output current performance for each sub-cell after irradiation revealed the characteristics of Isc degradation.
