Abstract :
This paper proposes an integrated nano-liter bio-material spotting system. The system can be used for DNA gene-chip microarray, protein microarray and other chemical microarray fabrication. The system features a fixed print head, which significantly reduces spotting position and spot size uniformity variations. The system also features a unique spotting pin and print head alignment system design.
