Abstract :
In this paper, the temporal coherence function of a frequency-doubled multimode Nd:YAG laser (532 nm, 50 mW) has been investigated by measuring the diffraction efficiency of the polarization holographic gratings written by the laser in photoanisotropic polymer. The power spectrum of the laser-beam has also been measured by a grating spectrometer. From the measured spectrum the coherence function has been calculated. At the Fourier transformation measured spectrum has been approximated by a linear combination of three δ-function with different amplitudes.
