Abstract :
Fabrication and evaluation of new compact green sources based on diode-pumped Nd:GdCOB microchips are reported. The whole device is 80 mm long, 20 mm large and 30 mm high. The output power reaches 20 mW at 530 nm for an incident pump power of 800 mW at 812 nm.
