Abstract
The terahertz radiation due to the flux flow in a superconductor slab is investigated, and the radiated power spectrum is calculated. The slab of the superconductor is immersed inside a magnetic field and biased with an ac component added to the dc current. The results show that, by adding an ac component, the peaks of radiation could be manipulated. Therefore, by adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the ac current, we can achieve the desired terahertz frequency. The results also indicate that, by increasing the amplitude of ac component and for appropriate ac frequency, the power peaks could increase.
