Abstract
In the traditional blind channel identification for preceding transmissions, the channel order is assumed to be shorter than the length of the trailing zeros, for the purpose of removing inter-block interference (IBI). This paper proposes a new blind channel estimation method for preceding systems with trailing zeros (TZ). Unlike most existing methods, this algorithm gives deterministic solution even when IBI exists.
