Abstract
We have developed a wearable sensor system for workload evaluation of a plant maintenance operation. This system can record 2-ch ECG and 3-axis acceleration. Using this data, we estimated the index of workload in real-time. We have also developed a workload database to plan a proper process taking workload into consideration. This database consists of standard workloads in accordance with the experimental data in the laboratory.
