Abstract
This paper presents a proposal of new AD conversion taking into account the speed of signal change, and its accuracy. In this scheme, time intervals are non-uniformly sampled each time a signal changes by a predetermined value from the previously sampled. The effectiveness and special features of the proposed scheme are shown through numerical accuracy comparison with the conventional.
