Value judgment for evaluating the sense of security based on cumulative prospect theory

In this paper, we aim at evaluating the value of sense of security in order to create more safe, secure and reliable (SSR) society. For this purpose, we use cumulative prospect theory (CPT) with multiattribute value function. Then, we try to evaluate the value of sense of security for some real data. We verify the effectiveness of the method through case studies.
